Not getting enough sleep will do that to ya.

Even tho' WW is an excellent program.....I believe being on any wgt control program can be a downer at times....It's soo damm hard to lose, and the older we get our metabolism gets slower and slower.
If I had a magic answer I could lose. It was much easier when I was younger. The great thing is that you walk almost every day. Some people can be overweight and still be fit.
