Walked the harbor in the morning, a total of four point something miles. Had lunch, then met Ellen at her school and helped her prepare the classroom for the fall semester, starting next week. We worked for three hours, leaving about 4:30. It looks terrific for when the third-graders will come in on Thursday, quite a contrast from St. James in 1945:
We stopped at Von's for a few items for dinner. Came back to my place and enjoyed Margaritas, ate, and generally had a fine time. Ellen left at 7:30, but we made plans to meet (with Greg) tomorrow for dinner at Sea Fresh in Ojai.
