SUNDAY

The plan had been for me to take the Access Van to Ellen's, but she called and suggested she come here, instead. I was better than I had been, but still not up to par, so I agreed. Did my usual Sunday stuff (crossword was pretty good), then got ready for my girl. She called me about noon to say she was in Ventura and right across the street at CVS; she stopped there to get me these:

Because of my malady, El decided I ran the risk of becoming dehydrated, so she insisted I take these. I started right away on the one of the left; will address the other today. We discussed whether she should take me to Urgent Care and/or I should call the doctor today. I'll see how I feel.

El had brought her salad and also some almond butter for me, which I spread on bread. Not bad. We chatted  over lunch, then settled down to face off once again over what else? A deck of cards and El  beat me so resoundingly I may never recover. However, it was, as ever, much fun.

She invited me to go to her place on Wednesday, which I'll be pleased to do. I may take the Access Van or the bus--we'll see. I hope Greg might be available some of the time--hope so, I haven't seen him for a month of more.

I ordered Calcium Citrate Complex through Amazon; CVS doesn't seem to have it; in fact, never heard of it. Also ordered printer ink and the two newest issues of Penny Presses' Crypto Families, my favorite puzzle game.

Took a short nap after Ellen left, then had just a small dinner of spinach and roasted tomatoes. For some reason, I was very tired and went to bed early, sleeping through the night. I'm now going to look up symptoms of IBS, because my problem seems to be swinging both ways now.
