THURSDAY

Just a so-so day. Did two loads of wash and again went over the Von's (that seems to be my daily trek); got practically everything on my list except IPAs, for which I'll probably look elsewhere.

Home, I put things away, then did a few household chores. That included discarding most the the flowers I had been given for Mothers' Day, as they were are as dead as my birthing days. I did salvage some greenery and two flowers, hardier than others. I also did two loads of wash, color and whites.

Later, I was pleased to get a call from Vickie. A week or two ago, she had alerted me to a series of one-act plays at the museum--admission is free and they're on several evenings in June. She got tickets, and I'm looking forward to going with her. We'll decide what evenings later. T.O.P.S. this morning--ugh, I'd rather go back to bed.
