Before 10:00, I had washed my sheets, changed the bed, done a color wash, and refreshed the water in my two big vases of flowers. Had breakfast, then packed a lunch, and walked to Wal-Mart. There, among other things, I got a new lunch sack (or whatever it's called), a pizza cutter (I only rarely eat pizza, but when I do, cutting it with a knife or kitchen scissors is messy), as well as face scrub and a few other things.
After, I crossed Victoria Avenue to enjoy my lunch in the gathering place near Ralph's; it was a lovely warm day again. The birdies were enjoying it, too:
Bused home and did this and that, then took my book out to the middle and read there for a bit. What I did the rest of the day, I barely remember, but it didn't include a nap, at least. Unfortunately, I had trouble sleeping; got up just now at six-something. Hope my coffee will perk me up.
Looking forward to niece Carolyn coming at 10:00 today to pick me up and take me to Santa Barbara to see Betty.
