MONDAY

Packed my lunch and, for the first time in a while, I walked to that store from Hell, Wal-Mart, to get shoelaces. Picked up a few more things, then walked across the street to Ralph's for Sumo oranges, tomatoes, and some frozen veggies and ate on the fountain area there. The weather was so good--sunny,  upper sixties and not windy.

Home, I was just at loose ends, so I fooled around on this laptop, then took a nap. I should have been dealing with  my kitchen drawers or any number of other things, but had no desire to do so. I did call Groendyke, my insurance company for my house; talked to Maureen to see if they carry damage waiver insurance and she had never heard of it. I tried to find the email about it from SO-Fi, but couldn't. Emailed the office to try to find the letter they had sent out explaining it. I also need to follow up on their new notice about a

Other than that, I didn't do a whole heck of a lot; think I'll call Noreen and see if she's available for lunch in town today.
