FRIDAY

Remarkably, I lost three pounds at home (to 129.4) and 3.1 (to 130) at T.O.P.S., so at least, I'm now within my comfort zone--barely. I was the biggest loser, which was gratifying, although that was after two weeks. Here are Sharon's earrings and outfit this time:

Home a little after ten and I was just making breakfast when Suzanne stopped in to show me pictures of little Huxley, her grand-nephew, who just turned one. We also discussed our futures when we can no longer live alone. Eventually, Suzanne will live at the Sisters of Mercy retirement home up in Burlingame and I'll soon be discussing this with family.

I barely remember what I did later, until Vickie called to see if I wanted her to come over and try getting after my carpet problems. Sure, come on over. She did and she treated undone spots with this:

It seemed to work like a charm, but we'll see. After she finished,  Vickie stayed for a bit and we chatted happily. I'm so lucky to have those two neighbors, she and Suzanne. as friends.

After Vickie left, I made fried shrimp with Julianne potatoes for dinner, accompanied with a Corona Extra. The T.V. is still not working, so I guess I'll call a repair place today.

Back from Vietnam, Mike Facetimed me in the evening and Violet came in to say hello. Her wisdom teeth (well, the sockets) are healing well and she just got a new I-pad.

Darn, I can't find my BP record sheet. However, I'll  just make up another. Didn't sleep well last night, but feel rested.
