THURSDAY

Hoo, boy, I never seem to finished with "paper work" involving laptop, phone, and actual paper. Made appointments for blood tests in September and November, compiled a list of problems involving the printer and laptop--I must get over to Asurion soon--and contacted Amazon to have a gift card sent to Vivian, whose 21st birthday is next Tuesday. I accomplished a few other chores, too, but mostly, I spent time studying my lines. Erica wants us off-book as soon as possible, of course, and times a-wastin'--in exactly two weeks, we open.

Elyse texted me and said she'll pick me up at 1:00 today for lunch. She asked me to decide on the restaurant and that poses a dilemma: I still don't remember whether she's the one with whom I lunched at Hill Street Cafe or at Wood Ranch. I'm pretty sure it's the latter and that she's the ex-nun, birth name Esther, whose daughter has a ranch in Grass Valley.

Took a quick showered and dressed to get ready to catch the Amber Express to rehearsal. We did the first act, which includes my "Heart's Desire, my piece, and it went well. Mandy came up with a terrific idea: making a reel to put on social media announcing the show.  She asked us to video ourselves and she'd take care of the rest. I'm not sure what I'll do yet, but I'm working on it.

Speaking of...here's darling Keke, who does some wonderful dances with her big brother, Zack.  Next week, they're going to perform in Disneyland! I wish I had let the camera run longer:
