FRIDAY

 Well, I fervently hope this laptop is fixed. As scheduled, I was picked up by the Accss Van at 9:40 and got to Asurion shortly thereafter. After explaining the problem to the person, I left it and went to Von's next door. I had planned to pick up a few items, but it occurred to me that, what with the laptop, my purse, umbrella, it would probably be too much to carry. Walked down to CVS to see if I had any meds in, but I didn't, so just waited outside for Vickie and Suzanne to show up.

They did at noon and we went to The Little Lion to lunch. It was great to see them again and we had a good time. Stopped back at Asurion and picked up the laptop, then Vickie drove me home.

I took a 45-minute nap, then went downstairs to enjoy Happy Hour, a Margarita, and the fabulous Tatiana, who did her usual song and dance act for an hour. Here she is as Michael Jackson:

I didn't get a picture of the rest of  my costume, but Mindy did. It was just makeshift, anyway, with a tee-shirt that reads: "When I feet hit the floor each morning, the devil says, 'Oh, crap, she's up already!'"

Had very poor sleep last night and will nap today. Not sure what's going on besides the usual, as my schedule info, for some reason, didn't include Saturday. Will see.
