Looking back on your blog to see what you've eaten...other than those berries...I don't think it's food borne. You said no one else got sick from the berries either and you don't mention GI symptoms.
Am wondering if it's a urinary tract infection....not uncommon in women of our age. However, not being an MD I can only speculate.
More importantly I hope this passes as quickly as it came. Thinking of you and here's a loving
