Breakfast as usual with K. and M. I then tackled two large loads of wash, the clothes I should have done sooner and the bathroom rugs. I put the in at the same time, so both were washed, dried, folded, and put away before lunch. I got down a little late for that, so sat with Beverlee, Ursula, and Greg, instead of the usuals.
After, I got my book and sat outside the clubhouse to read it. It got just a little too breezy, so I moved inside shortly. I finished filling out more envelopes to send my change of address info to others.
Called my Cincinnati cousin, Marifran, she had texted me thinking I was actually moved from independent to assisted living; I want to bring her up to date, but haven't heard back from her yet.
John F., the resident who was on a plane that accompanied the Enola Gay to Hiroshima, joined us for dinner. He has some kind of eye condition in which part of his eyelid turns up and has had surgery.
I signed up for an outing today: a trip to town and lunch at the Busy Bee cafe. Also requested the van for tomorrow to Great Clips to get my hair cut. I don't want to try the hairdresser here just yet.
Slept well and just got up with the alarm at 6:15.
