Terrible T.O.P.S. report: I was up 2.6, to 144.2 at home and up 2.3 at the other place, to 145.1. I wasn't surprised, considering all, but am pretty discouraged. I napped--which I probably shouldn't do, but I don't listen to myself--before lunch, then sat with Paula, Kathie and Denise not in evidence. I know Denise is away for the weekend.
At 3:00, I went downstairs for Happy Hour and to see and hear "Panama G.," who sang a lot of Sinatra and others of the era. He was pretty good:
At one point, he actually sat down to sing:
Paula had saved me a seat, but unfortunately, she had to leave early as she had one of her sudden attacks. She had had two strokes several years ago and still suffers some ill effects.
Paula was okay later, though, and was down for dinner. Kathie came in, too, with complaints about her daughter, which I dislike hearing. However, we got off those subjects and enjoyed a good chicken dinner.
Aside from all that, ain't nuthi' goin' on down here--except for quarter Bingo at 2:00.
