Virtuous housekeeper that I am, before breakfast, I stripped the bed and took the sheets to the laundry room. After, I put them in the dryer, and after that, remade the bed, finishing just in time to go to the clubhouse and participate in the Bone Builders class. That goes a whole hour and seems more strenuous that the balance class, but I may continue.
Lunch with the gang, and Kathie told me how pleased she was to speak to Ellen about her weight-loss regime. After, I attended a presentation by a spokesperson from the Ventura Post Acute Skilled Nursing facility on Loma Vista Road. It was mildly interesting although I have no intention of checking in anytime soon.
Went outside to sit in the shade by the clubhouse; returned Doris's call, then spoke to Ellen. Boy, it was hot--86degrees, so I didn't stay long. By that time, I was only about an hour before dinner, so I just played a little of my favorite game on this device.
Dinner with Keith, Cheryl, and Mary. After, Cheryl and I went to the multipurpose room to join Activities Director Mindy for some mild exercises, mostly stretching.
